Position Title: Business Development Coordinator

Description:

ATEX Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Business Development Coordinator who will provide administrative support to our Business Development and Executive Management Teams. In addition, this candidate will support the sales, service, and marketing efforts of our global organization.

This position is Full-Time and On-Site.

Position Responsibilities

Planning and managing trade shows, conferences, events, and meetings by identifying, coordinating, and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists and establishing contacts. This individual will also need to create, process, and manage purchase orders for items related to ATEX marketing and promotion efforts and manage any online forms and action items in a timely manner. Logistical management for tradeshows is also critical.

This individual will work with the Business Development Manager, Head of R&D and Quality to establish and maintain a sample portfolio for the business development team that accurately reflects the latest innovations in textile engineering by ATEX. Samples will be updated and packaged in a manner that facilitates evaluation while also underscoring the high value of the samples contained therein.

Continually seeking and researching new sources of prospective customers and partners. Disseminate leads from website to the appropriate BD Manager. Track such inquiries to identify trends and progress toward SEO goals.

Work with business development team to coordinate, deliver and monitor results from the annual Customer Satisfaction Survey

Train with our Customer Solutions Specialist to provide back-up support when needed by the business.

The Business Development Coordinator will also be called upon to manage customer meeting details including dissemination of materials and coordinating logistics for travel.

Cooperate in a positive manner to the growth of the organization by providing required assistance to relevant staff and organization’s partners

Contribute to the maintenance of the organization’s information management systems by ensuring accuracy and that all relevant files are uploaded promptly and thoroughly. File all relevant contracts and documents as instructed by the Business Development Manager. The Business Development Coordinator will also be called upon to enter data into appropriate databases and chart trends as required.

Manage contract workflow in our document management system. Track contract status, renewals, termination dates and key contract milestones, as well as provide updates to stakeholders as required. Notify colleagues of action items required to keep documents current and accurate.

Manage documents in our M-Files Document Management system by making required document changes, edits, updates, and amendments as directed by management.

Preferred Requirements

Experience in a manufacturing, textile or separate B2B setting or Medical Device

Familiarity and/or working experience with a Document Management System such a M-Files

2-5 years prior experience in an administrative or support role and/or related professional field.

3+ years in the medical device industry and/or manufacturing experience

Expertise with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe). Microsoft Word skills are required (document comparison, track changes, etc.)

Experience in marketing communication and content creation

Experience in market research and supporting a web site

The successful candidate will have the ability to use critical thinking to suggest creative solutions. Flexibility, thorough investigative abilities, and attention to detail at the highest levels are essential. Success in this role requires excellent time management skills and proactive communication.

Experience with and knowledge of SEO are also beneficial.
